Lipoxen are pleased to announce that notice of its annual
general meeting ('AGM') has been posted to shareholders.
The AGM is taking place at Buchanan Communications, 45
Moorfields, London, EC2Y 9AE at 2.00pm on 1 July 2010.
In accordance with AIM Rule 20 the Company also confirms that
its report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 have
been posted to shareholders.
